Refund Policy

If you're a fellow Pet Parent, you can take advantage of our 28-day return policy for Paw&Fetch Supplement Treats. This means you have 28 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To initiate a return, simply send us an email at hello@pawandfetch.com with your order number and the address you'll be sending the products back from. We'll provide you with a shipping label to return the tub, which requires printing.

We offer a full product refund (minus Royal Mail First Class shipping costs of £4) for returned tubs of treats, as long as the seal on the tub has not been broken. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer refunds if you realise your dog is allergic to one of the ingredients upon receipt and opening the treats. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are giving your dog the right treats based on their dietary needs. Additionally, we cannot issue refunds for returns initiated after 28 days from the date of receipt of the order.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend that you initiate a return first and then make a separate purchase for the new item to ensure the fastest possible processing time.

We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, we'll automatically issue a refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Faulty Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue.
